By making important decisions in the moments that matter, we can ensure the make up of our workforce reflects society. We are signatories of the Women in Finance Charter (UK), Race at Work Charter (UK) and the Valuable 500 (Global). We are proud of the progress we have made and we push ourselves everyday to ensure we are truly inclusive.

Change starts with us and our goal is to provide meaningful contributions to support wider societal change, whether that is through the work we do, collaborating with others in our industry and our clients or as part of our CSR work. We proudly partner with great companies like East London Business Alliance (ELBA), who seeks to build connections between businesses and local communities.
