Q. How do I reset my password?
A:
Step 1
On the password screen, click on 'Reset Password?'
Step 2
Enter your registered email address, then click ‘Next’.
Step 3
After submitting your email, you will be prompted to enter your 6-digit pin.
You will then be prompted to enter a new password, one that you haven’t previously used.
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters long (with at least 1 lower case letter, at least 1 upper case letter, at least 1 number, and at least 1 special character. After resetting your password, you’ll be prompted to close the browser.
After that you can open a new browser window and navigate to the SMBC login. Then login using your new password.

Q. How do I access my account if I failed ID Verification more than three (3) times?

Q. How do I complete Registration if I don’t have access to a mobile device?
A: Contact your Relationship Manager for further assistance.
Q. How do I request another One Time Passcode if it expires?
A: Login to the portal with your username and password. Select your OTP delivery method (SMS, Voice, Email) from the selection screen. A new code will be delivered to you.
Q. How do I gain access to my account if I input my One Time Passcode (OTP) incorrectly more than three (3) times?
