SMBC has closed two deals to build seven new schools.

Four new schools will be built in Inverclyde, the PFI project is sponsored by Miller, Land Securities Trillium, Cyril Sweett and FES, with Miller undertaking construction.

Three new schools will be built as part of Kent's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Project, the PFI project is sponsored by Land Securities Trillium, with Kier undertaking construction.
