The Syndications Team for the Americas Division provides the following services: Primary Market services - Provide capabilities to originate and structure customers' transactions, and syndicate on an underwriting, club, or arrangement basis. Expertise in general corporate finance, leverage finance, structured finance, and project finance. Secondary Market services - Loan trading for both par and distressed loans through standard LSTA rules and procedures enables the team to expediently execute and settle trades. Information services - Provide market intelligence on syndicated credits, market trends, pricing trends, investor trends, and borrower activities. Member - LSTA
