| The Real Estate Finance team focuses on the following areas: |

- Construction Loans - Work with institutional, private, and public developers (including REITs and opportunity funds) to provide financing. Take-out commitments from permanent lenders are preferred.
- European Pension Fund investments in U.S. properties - Provide advisory services as well as financing to European Pension funds with respect to their U.S. real estate portfolio
- REIT general corporate financing - Also have worked with REITs to develop opportunities in Japanese market
In addition, the unit arranges debt placement and investment sales services to both U.S. and Japanese clients as part of its advisory services practice.
