- Traditional Municipal Finance - L/C and Liquidity Facilities for municipal and state bond issuers
- Structured Municipal Finance - Tax Increment Financings, Tax Lien Certificates, Lease/Subject to Appropriation Finance
The group has also expanded into Pension Fund, Insurance Company and Endowment Lending through note purchase and subscription receivable structures which provide value by enhancing equity returns on investments for these entities.
