| The Project Finance Team for Americas specializes in two key areas: |

- Energy Business -- The group focuses on key developers in the independent power business and gas pipeline business and has served as agent or underwriter for key power deals over the past decade. Primary focus has been on North American markets. The unit works with its European and Asian counterparts to provide project finance capabilities on a global basis.
- Sports/Entertainment Business - The team has expanded into the Sports/Entertainment business, primarily focusing on arena/stadium financing, agenting key deals such as Tigers Stadium (Comerica Park), which was awarded Project Finance Magazine's Deal of the Year in 1998.
