Automated Receipts Reconcilliation - "The Perfect System"
      • SMBC's automated receipts reconciliation solution, the 'Perfect' System, is the only patent holding automated reconciliation solution in Japan.
      • Perfect will help you reduce exception items and speed posting, eliminating the need for time-consuming research and manual applications to your accounts receivable system.
      • Perfect is an essential tool in dealing with the Japanese language specific issue of homonyms.

      How it works
      • SMBC issues you, say 10,000 'virtual' account numbers, which you will allocate to your customers.
      • You instruct your customers to transfer the funds to each of the earlier allocated 'virtual' account.
      • Funds transferred to each 'virtual' account are automatically swept into your main account on a real-time basis together with any relevant wire transfer data.
      • By using our electronic bankings services, you will have access to wire transfer data, thus allowing you to speed up your receipts reconciliation process.
