The Loan Syndications Group in SMBC Americas Division is responsible for all loan underwriting and secondary market loan trading activities in the Americas. The Group works closely with Relationship Managers to originate, structure, underwrite, and distribute syndicated loans covering many sectors including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate, Public Finance, Leasing, and Latin America.
